Natural 'wear and tear' is an inherent consequence of regular garment use and is virtually unavoidable. Therefore, we extend our commitment to repairing any snags, reinforcing loose threads, mending holes, and replacing beaded embroidery, all with the goal of rejuvenating your garment or handbag.

In order to ensure that we can adequately allocate time to address all garment repairs, we kindly request that customers limit themselves to one complimentary mending appointment per calendar year. We strongly recommend that if you have multiple garments or handbags in need of repair, you consolidate them and bring them all in for a single appointment to maximize the efficiency of the process.
