Dispute Charges
If a false dispute is submitted through your bank, card issuer, or any payment platform, we will respond with full supporting documentation including your order details, correspondence, and our published store policies to contest the claim. Please note that submitting a fraudulent dispute will result in your information being flagged, and you will be permanently prohibited from making future purchases through our site.
Things We Clearly Cover:
-We do not offer refunds for any reason, including all dispute categories. Instead, we provide store credit in accordance with our stated policies.
-Once an order is fulfilled and a tracking number has been issued, we are no longer responsible for the package. This includes disputes related to “lost orders” or “packages not received.” The shipping carrier is responsible.
-By purchasing from xclujohn.com, you acknowledge and agree to our standards of craftsmanship and quality. Chargebacks or disputes filed under reasons such as “item defective/damaged,” “item unacceptable,” or “not as described” will not be honored, as all products are accurately represented through detailed visuals, descriptions, and material disclosures.
In the rare event an order arrives damaged due to transit or human error, you are required to contact us directly within 48 hours of delivery. We will always provide an internal resolution first, as we value transparency and the opportunity to address any concerns promptly and professionally.
Submitting a dispute without allowing us the chance to resolve the issue internally violates our store policy and will result in the denial of future purchases.
-We take fraud prevention extremely seriously. Our system actively detects and flags suspicious activity, including orders placed with inaccurate or intentionally false information (such as incorrect names, phone numbers, addresses, or payment details).
Even if an order with false information is successfully processed, it will still be identified internally as potential fraud.
While we acknowledge that credit card theft and unauthorized use can occur, filing a false claim of “unauthorized transaction,” “fraud,” or “stolen card” for a legitimate purchase is considered a fraudulent dispute. Any false dispute will be handled in alignment with our full Dispute Policy and forwarded to the appropriate payment processors and authorities when necessary.
