Allow up to 14 business days for your order to be fulfilled from purchase date. 

Allow up to 2 business days after fulfillment for your order to be shipped for delivery.

*We generally fulfill orders earlier than the stated timeframe, but incorporate extra time to account for any potential delays. Your patience is appreciated.


If in need of garment(s) within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us before completing your purchase to request an expedited experience, attaching the specified date you are requesting to have your package by. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on our current order volume & seamstress schedule. Please note that we must implement a rate for this to sustain a fair dynamic when fulfilling orders; our expedition fee is two-hundred USD, due before we begin production for your order. We will not start expedited production for your order until the expedition fee is paid.


Our Production/Business Days: Monday through Friday; orders made after 11am EST on Friday will roll over to the following weeks' production schedule. This does not include holidays.


Accessories- Hats & Jewelry

*Our production business days DO NOT include weekends (Friday after 11am EST, Saturday & Sunday) nor holidays.

*While our accessories and jewelry typically have a shorter fulfillment period compared to our garments, we ideally ship your entire order together. This not only ensures you receive all your items at once but also helps minimize waste by reducing packaging materials and gas emissions. By choosing to consolidate your shipment, you're contributing to a more sustainable future. However, if you'd like to receive your accessories quicker, please place accessory orders separate from garment orders. We appreciate your understanding and support in our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.


Delivery Process Overview

"Order fulfilled"= your entire order has been made and packaged with shipping label

"Shipped"= your package has been dispatched from XclúJohn and scanned by mail carrier facility

"Out For Delivery"= your package is actively in the process of being delivered to your doorstep by mail carrier


We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Our shipping labels are auto-created, using the information our customers provide. Please check for spelling & numerical errors before submitting your shipping info.

We are not responsible for re-routing packages due to customers relocating. We cannot alter any address information that customers input. We will only ship to the address the customer has provided.

We are not in control of potential delays that may take place within the UPS, Fedex or USPS postal service facility after we ship. 

We are no longer responsible for your package after orders are shipped, scanned and tracking numbers are assigned, as your package will then be in the mail carriers possession. If your package is lost or stolen, the mail carrier is your point of contact. 


If you believe your package has been lost or was not delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or dispute; most shipments include insurance coverage. Our responsibility as the merchant is to fulfill your order within the stated timeframe and provide you with a valid tracking number. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, it is no longer in our possession, and by law, we are not liable for delivery errors, delays, or losses beyond that point.

Please note that disputing charges through your bank or payment provider instead of working with the shipping carrier directly may result in penalties to our business, despite the matter being outside of our control. To protect our company, customers who choose this route will be restricted from placing future orders through our site, as we are notified.


Please note that we are an emerging, ethically driven brand with a focus on handcrafted, in-house production. Unlike large fashion houses that operate on higher budgets, larger teams, and outsourced (often unethical) labor, we prioritize premium quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship over speed. Our stated timelines reflect the care and attention that go into each piece, and while we often complete orders ahead of schedule, delays can occasionally occur. Should this happen, we will always communicate promptly and provide a clear solution. Our goal is to deliver pieces that are not only timely, but made to the highest standard with integrity.
