*Our premium rates reflect prime location, labor, skills, industrial machinery, guaranteed availability & general overhead associated with providing such services including our small team of artisans. Rates are non-negotiable.

🛎️JUNE SPECIAL INCLUDES:

*Alterations under “The Hem” & “The Signature Fit” ONLY. MUST BOOK BY JUNE 3RD FOR A DATE IN JUNE. NO RESCHEDULES ALLOWED. IF A RESCHEDULE IS NEEDED, CLIENT WILL THEN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THE REGULAR SERVICE RATE AS LISTED BELOW.

The Hem Adjustment includes:

• Pant hemming

• Skirt hemming

• Dress hemming

• Shirt hemming

• Shorts hemming

• Blazer hemming

• Sweater/outerwear hemming

(Making an item shorter in length from the bottom hem)

The Signature Fit Adjustment includes:

• Sleeve & crotch shortening

• Taking in the waist

• Tapering pant legs

• Taking in the sides of tops, skirts, pants, shorts, jackets & dresses

• Taking in the sides of heavy outerwear (additional $15)

• Adjusting placement of back pant pockets

• Reinforcing Buttons OR Snaps & Hooks- up to 8

• Reinforcing Zipper(s) - up to 2

Price is per piece. However, if in need of more than one alteration on the same garment, each additional signature alteration is thirty-five USD, instead of being charged the full rate multiple times. *The Signature Fit*

Standard turnaround: Immediate - 72hrs (determined during appointment)

If bringing multiple garments, up to 4 can be brought per booking (for "The Signature Bundle" only). A 4 piece bundle is $260. There is a 5 to 7 day turn around for multiple garments. If your bundle includes special fabrics or corsets, there is an additional charge as listed at the far bottom of this description. Continue reading.

4 Garment Bundle: $260

The Expansion Adjustment includes:

• Letting out the waist

• Widening pant legs

• Widening dress, skirt or shorts

• Adding flare to pants

• Expanding garment openings

• Adding rib knit bands

• Hole Repair- up to 2 if large, up to 6 if small

For expansion adjustments, only one garment can be brought per booking.

Standard turnaround: 48 - 72hrs

Price is per alteration, per garment. If in need of more than one alteration on the same garment, each additional expansion alteration is forty-five USD, instead of being charged the full rate multiple times. *The Expansion Adjustment*

The Hardware Adjustment includes:

• adding zippers, buttons, hooks, studs, rivets, etc
• adding boning to make a garment structured

Standard turnaround: 48 - 72hrs

For hardware adjustments, only one garment can be brought per booking.

The Rework includes:

• Reconstructing the garment provided into a vision of your choice; many clients turn pants into shorts, dresses into two piece sets, big shirts into bralettes, leggings into swimwear and so forth

Price is per reworked garment.

Standard turnaround: Up To One Week (determined during appointment)

GENERAL: PLEASE READ

If your garment is a silk, satin, chiffon, bridal, thick canvas or leather material, an additional fifteen USD will be charged due to the intricacy of the fabric; working with these listed fabrics increase labor time & requires additional needles. An additional twenty five USD will be charged during your appointment if the item is a corset or has structural boning.

If you request more alterations during your appointment, you will be billed for such additional alterations during your appointment. The $60+ paid to book are minimums, not necessarily final totals if the client brings more garments OR requests additional alterations on one garment.

Any additional charges at the time of your appointment, including the addition of more garments, may be paid upon arrival & before labor begins via invoice, paylink, OR Zelle. We will not begin labor until full balances are paid. NON-NEGOTIABLE

Any reductions that we offer the client will be paid back via the original transaction OR Zelle.

***Items must be picked up within 72hrs of completion notice. We cannot guarantee ability to store your garments beyond 72hrs. 

***All atelier showroom services include a complimentary beverage, WiFi access & tv entertainment during your appointment.

No refunds will be issued once your appointment is booked, as your time is exclusively reserved. 

A valid ID may be required at your appointment if your order is flagged. Clients will be asked to verify their identity and provide a signature authorizing all card transactions to ensure security and prevent fraudulent disputes.

Our private atelier showroom is located in Atlanta, GA, approximately 5 minutes from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in a beautiful loft warehouse building.

To maintain an exclusive, client-focused experience, all services are by appointment only. The exact location will be shared upon confirmed booking.

Premium alterations designed to refine and tailor the fit of your garment. At XclúJohn, we approach our alteration services the same way we approach our Ready-To-Wear & Couture: with ultimate hands on craftsmanship and precision. We try our best to make alterations look seamless; as if your garment was untouched. Unlike others, we will determine the best alteration approach based on your garment’s structure, we will match the original thread color & density as close as we realistically can, we will seam rip your garment to open it up where needed, and we will execute hand sewing if necessary at no additional cost. Because our approach is extremely detailed, any of the listed alterations can take up to 4hrs to complete (per garment).

Considering such factors, if booking with the expectation of same-day turnaround in mind (applicable for "The Signature Fit Adjustment" alterations only), please understand that your appointment can be as short as 30 minutes or as long as 1hr, but the time to complete your garment is separate. 

Please also note that same-day turnaround is not guaranteed and is based upon what needs to be done to alter your garment to perfection & if we have more clients after your appointment. If you’d like to confirm our ability to do same day turn around for your alteration, please text our business number with your alteration details & a detailed photo prior to booking. If bringing multiple garments (up to 4), your fitting may not exceed 1.5hrs. One-off alteration books are limited to 1hr. 

DUE TO AN EXTREME INFLUX IN BOOKINGS, WE ARE NOW LIMITING DAYS. WHILE WE GENERALLY PROVIDE ATELIER SHOWROOM SERVICES THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY ONLY, WE WILL GLADLY ACCOMMODATE RETURN CLIENTS ON OTHER DAYS WHEN OUR SCHEDULE ALLOWS. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WE ARE A FASHION HAUS FIRST🤍.
